Introduction
Established in 2014, we are New Zealand owned and operated. Based in West Auckland, we operate throughout the Auckland region supplying multiple services to residential customers, including landlords, property managers and Warmer Kiwi Homes homeowners plus Commercial buildings.
We also have contractors providing the Warmer Kiwi Homes heat pump subsidy in the Waikato region.
At MINT Auckland, we offer many solutions to ensure your home will be warmer, dryer and more energy efficient.
Our expereinced team of Assessors will provide you with a full assessment and help you with ensuring your home is warmer, healthier and more sustainable - instead of being draughty, poorly insulated and cold.
Our installers provide you with a professional and effcient installation. All of our insulation installers are very experienced and have a wealth of knowledge, which reflects in our reputation within all the government and council programmes we have been involved with over the years.
We have accredited Fujitsu heat pump installers who will ensure the standard of installation is up to your expectations. We can assist with hi-wall units, multi-unit systems as well as the more technical ducted system installations.
Ventilation systems and LED lighting are also part of the services we offer.
At MINT Auckland, we want to provide you with a service that meets all your needs and expectation right from our Sales Team through to the Installation Team and Office Support.
You could qualify for the Warmer Kiwi Home grant of up to 80-90% of the total cost of installing ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation and a ground vapour barrier in your home.
In some areas the cost to you may be even lower thanks to generous funding from community organisations.
